DataMate software is compatible and easy to use with Windows operating systems. The program manages water testing, creating a customised service for each pool or spa tested. Recommendations made are ordered sequentially for optimal treatment, by adapting the dosage, along with clear, precise explanations for easy understanding. Information is displayed directly on the computer screen, and can be printed out or sent by email. The program can be customised easily to meet changing needs over the years.

Touchscreen

The program can be used with touchscreen devices, by simply pressing the buttons to move through each of the screens. If your computer has no touchscreen option, you can use the mouse to move through the screens.

Customisation

DataMate can customise the results with the Distributor’s details. Introduce their logo, contact details, etc., and the reports will be customised to enhance the company’s image and market distinction.

DataMate software receives the test results directly from the WaterLink reader by means of a USB port. The results can be recorded in the software manually for salt, phosphates, nitrates and TDS levels. Use the checkboxes for certain water conditions, such as colour, stains, cloudiness or foam, and the need for products, such as enzymes, filter cleaners, surface cleaners, etc., to remedy problems.

Database

The program enables unlimited tests in pools and/or spas to be conducted and stored in client datasheets for easy tracking and management. In addition, the database can order the information, generate reports and graphs showing trends, print labels and send bulk emails with promotional information. All printed recommendations feature the details of the distributor/retailer (name, address, telephone number, fax number, website), as well as a section in which to announce monthly sales or other relevant information for specific clients.
